Hi all!
We want to be transparent and let everyone know we are currently offering refunds for anyone who purchased @cosmicos.petbakery products from us at @doggydazeshop in the past month due to shorter shelf life. Folks who purchased in the past month have a limited time to enjoy them, which isn’t fun!!! This is one of the reasons we’ve offered them at 50% off, but I think a month is unfair.

Please consume or discard them by end of January!

To note, all of our inventory are stored in the freezer and we’ve recently been feeding our own dogs these products, regardless we’re offering this refund because we want to take extra caution, keep our customers informed, and be fair to everyone who buys from us.

All Cosmico’s Pet Bakery products are pulled from our shop as well.

We will be contacting those who purchased recently between today and tomorrow about this refund offer.

📦Shipping rates •
We’re adjusting shipping fees, so they’re more cost-effective for y’all and with running a small business.
•Small, non-fragile items (such as toppers and durable snacks) will be shipped in flat-rate bubbled mailers for $9.80.
•Most orders still fit in medium flat-rate boxes. We prefer shipping orders with 4-5 items and/or fragile treats (like whole prey) in boxes to prevent damage en route.
•Shipping large, fragile orders (like ceramic slow-feeders) begin at $23 due to odd box dimensions and weight. (Sadly, the styrofoam cases for the Crazy Dazey ceramic bowls do not fit in any flat-rate boxes or are too small for the large boxes 😕)
•Minimum purchase for free shipping is lowered to $60 💌
We will get creative with optimal packaging and shipping rates (like local pick-up or delivery🤔). If we find your order fits in a smaller container, we will refund you the difference. We’ll bite the costs if we need a bigger package as we grow 🌱

Doggy Daze Pet Supply pop-up at the X-Mutts Party hosted by @valleyoakspca was a success! It was a pawesome experience and major accomplishment for ending the year. We spent the past month or so off the grid busting our tails to prepare for our first event and finally seeing everything put together felt like a breath of fresh air. Most of all, I had fun meeting pet parents, all the cute doggos, and other small business vendors. I felt stoked hearing the excitement for canine treats and love for other small pet treat businesses that we showcased on our paw-pal wall.

We definitely want to do more pop-ups, so keep your eyes peeled in 2025!
